For a trade vehicle, downtime is the real bill. A van in a shop for a day is a day of jobs not done, and that usually costs more than whatever went wrong. Coming to the vehicle removes most of that - repairs happen overnight, at the weekend, or in the yard between jobs.
We are happy to work on a small fleet on a schedule: oil and filters together, brakes staggered so you are never short of vehicles, and a shared record of what has been done to which van so nothing falls through the cracks.
A van carrying five hundred pounds of tools every day is running near its rated weight permanently. Rear springs sag, brakes work harder, tires wear on the inside edges and bearings live shorter lives. None of that is a fault - it is the duty cycle - but it means the maintenance schedule in the handbook is written for a vehicle lighter than yours.
We adjust for that instead of pretending it does not matter, and we will tell you which intervals actually need shortening rather than shortening all of them.
$79 flat call-out, diagnostic included, 7 days a week, 7am - 7pm. If you decline the repair that is the whole bill.
